You know that Hualalai Street, we <br />speak of improvements on that street to better the viewplane. Kailua Village Design, <br />their approval spoke to that. Their traffic study person said it was not necessary. Our <br />condition speaks to that. Condition I speaks to the improvements to Hualalai Street, <br />Road. Is that improvement including the straightening of the road so that, is it specific to <br />that? It doesnÓt say. It just calls for improvement, but it doesnÓt say to straighten it. Is <br />that understood? <br />ARAI:I believe Condition I does speak to -. <br />KUBOTA:Excuse me, realignment. It does speak to realignment. W <br />say realignment, that means youÓre making it straight? <br />ARAI:Right. <br />KUBOTA:Straighter? <br />ARAI:Right. In essence, realigning will involve straightening. I mean, <br />realignment can mean anything, youÓre right. You can make a 90 degree turn. But <br />because it all ties in with providing it in a manner with the CountyÓs approval, I mean, <br />obviously, weÓll try to straighten it out just to make it better. <br />7 <br /> <br />
