So, the Planning Director's recommendation is approval of the requested Special Permit, and I <br /> did want to mention that there were a couple items, a couple of documents that were forwarded <br /> to the Commissioners that you should have received. They include the applicant's request for <br /> revised conditions, an agency comment that was mistakenly not included in the background I <br /> think it was DEM comments and additional public testimony that was received after the report <br /> was finalized.
