CHR. KELEPOLO moved to the next item on the agenda written communication. <br />III. WRITTEN COMMUNICATION: (ACKNOWLEDGED) <br />CHR. KELEPOLO acknowledge, accept, and file Comm. 22-015 to Comm. 22-017, no <br />motion required and moved to the next item on the agenda, old business. <br />IV. OLD BUSINESS: <br />CHR. KELEPOLO recognized Ms. Chang to and calls for a motion to open discussion on the <br />PInG #2 Second Increment Report. <br />MOTION: MS. ROSAM moved to open discussion regarding PInG#2 Stewardship Grant <br />Progress Report, seconded by MS. CHANG, and with a unanimous vote, the motion passed. <br />MS. CHANG gave a summary of the PInG#2, Second Increment report regarding the <br />Stewardship Grant progress report fillable form and its instructions. With positive feedback <br />from the commission, CHR. KELEPOLO calls for a roll call vote. <br />MOTION: MS. NAUNGAYAN moved to approve the Stewardship Grant Instructions and <br />Fillable Progress Report Form, seconded by MS. ROSAM. Those present: Ms. Rosam, <br />Ms. Naungayan, Ms. Chang, Ms. Crivello, and Chr. Kelepolo voted aye. Absent were Ms. <br />Ward, Mr. Lee, Ms. Kanealii, and Dr. Frank. The motion passed. <br />CHR. KELEPOLO moved to new business and acknowledges the arrival of Ms. Ward <br />and takes items under new business out of order of the agenda. <br />V. NEW BUSINESS: <br />1. Discussion and evaluation of 2022 Suggestions to Prioritized List based on <br />initial application and additional information presented at the April 4, 2022, <br />PONC "special" meeting. <br />a. Sugq. 22-04, Honoipu, N. Kohala. <br />MS. NAUNGAYAN asks for clarification of recent improvement and <br />developments of the property regarding the gazebo and buildings; due to the <br />nominators selection of an easement to Ms. Withington. Ms. Withington <br />responds with a brief explanation of the history of the property and how it was <br />sold during the past years. She continues saying that the road to the property <br />has multiple owners and the present owners are addressing the road issues <br />first. <br />MS. NAUNGAYAN not comfortable with this response, asks for clarification of a <br />conservation easement or easement. Ms. Withington responds with uncertainty <br />which is best for this property. <br />MS. CHANG asks for clarification of the stakeholders of the road leading to the <br />nominated property and asks for confirmation of DHHL has a right of easement? <br />Ms. Withington responds affirming the ownership being the State, County, and <br />other private landowners and how they relate to the road access to the coastal <br />properties. <br />b.
