From a zoning standpoint, these are designated Open, the zoning for those <br />properties are Open. These other residential, excuse me, one-acre lots are zoned <br />Agricultural 1-acre by the County. <br />SIRACUSA:Second question. Does the Paradise, does Paradise Park have a <br />Community Development Plan on file with the Planning Department? <br />HAYASHI:Yes, we do have a Master Plan that was adopted by resolution by <br />the County Council, as well as the County Planning Commission. <br />SIRACUSA:And if we voted to defer this, would we be able to see anything for <br />the next meeting that€s in the plan that would reference this issue, I mean, how the <br />CommunityDevelopmentPlanrelatestotherequest? <br />HAYASHI:Yes,wecanprovideyoucopiesoftheapplicablesectionsofthe <br />Master Plan relative to the Paradise Park. <br />ALAMEDA:Madam Chair? In Requests for <br />Standing, there€s no rule about distance that the property needs to be? It€s only, I think as <br />far as I understand it€s only, are they, is there need or, I forget what the word is, interest <br />distinguishable from the general public, is that correct? <br />HAYASHI:That€s correct.
