Thank you. <br />HAYASHI:Just to let you know, initially the law firm of Carlsmith Ball sent <br />the correspondence indicating that they would be the legal counsel for the Vurichs. <br />However, we just received a recent correspondence from Mr. Lim indicating that they no <br />longer will be representing the Vurichs on this particular issue. <br />SPRINGER:Thank you, Mr. Hayashi. The letter that <br />they submitted to us was that, they indicated that they would like to see the full body as <br />far as Planning Commission on board before they continued with the hearing. <br />SPRINGER:Norman, what is the date of that correspondence to us? <br />HAYASHI:From? <br />SPRINGER:The Vurichs regarding a possible deferral? I don€t recall having <br />seen that. <br />HAYASHI:It was a recent correspondence. I don€t know if that was made <br />available to the Planning Commission. <br />SPRINGER:Yeah, I certainly have not received the copy; andlooking at my <br />fellow Commissioners it doesn€t appear as though that has yet been circulated to us.
