DETAILS OF PROPOSED USE/ DEVELOPMENT <br /> 1. Applicant's Request <br /> The Leonard Cardoza Trust ("Applicant"), is requesting a change of zone for a 13.944- <br /> acre parcel (Parcel 23) and adjoining 1.467-acre road lot (Parcel 31) from an <br /> Agricultural-20 acres (A-20a) to a Family Agricultural-1 acre (FA-1a) zoning district in <br /> support a proposed 7-lot subdivision with lot sizes ranging from 1 to just over 4 acres. <br /> 2. Location of Property <br /> The subject properties are within the coastal section of `O`okala Village in the North <br /> Hilo District, which is located approximately 29 miles north of the City of Hilo along <br /> State Highway 19 (Hwy 19).
