Statements from the Public <br />There were no statements from the public at this time. <br />B. Hawaii State CSW (HSCSW) liaison report <br />The new liaison was not present, so this topic was tabled. <br />C. Family Violence Interagency Committee (FVIC) <br />West Hawai'i report by Christina: DV vigil and Hilo housing meeting discussed. <br />East Hawai'i Report by Shana: meeting was canceled; DV vigil meeting held later <br />in month to discuss quilt display, date of vigil, partners; DV summit in late <br />October partnership with HCC, kokua requested by Donna Madrid of HCC. <br />Housing meeting report by Hannah: 3 priorities identified (1) Permanent / Stable <br />Housing and Supports; (2) Substance Abuse Treatment; (3) Children and <br />Families. <br />D. Missing Murdered Native Hawaiian Women and Girls (MMNHWG) Task <br />Force <br />Farrah reported that the next meeting is on August 25. Update to come at the <br />September CSW meeting. <br />Vill. HSCSW Conference <br />Farrah shared via email the slideshow she presented at the conference in July. <br />This was also previously sent to all committee members via email. <br />D. Sub -Committee Memberships <br />a. Nomination and Election of Sub -Committee members <br />Tabled by Chair due to not all members present. Farrah shared the rules <br />for subcommittees according to the Sunshine Law. All subcommittee <br />meetings must follow the public posting of an agenda. <br />
