Overall Scope: to allow for the continued use of a one-story (30-foot tall), 8,160 <br />square -foot structure, for administrative, warehousing and distribution operations <br />associated with the Applicant's commercial retail and service activities located in <br />both Orchidland Estates Subdivision and Volcano Village.
