July 3, 2003: Building Permit No. 31370 issued to allow the construction of a new <br />dwelling on the subject property. This dwelling was never constructed, and the permit <br />was cancelled. <br />9. July 15, 2003: Building Permit No. 31453 issued to allow the construction of a 60-foot x <br />120-foot steel agricultural storage building with workroom, office, 1 '/z bathrooms, and a <br />12-foot x 60-foot loading dock with ramp. The permit was finalized on May 18, 2010. <br />10. June 7, 2005: Building Permit No. B2005-1402H issued for the construction of an <br />addition to the agricultural storage building to convert a sidewalk to be part of the <br />enclosed area to accommodate its existing administrative operations. <br />11. January 25, 2022: The Planning Department sent a warning letter to the applicant in <br />response to a complaint alleging that the applicant was operating a commercial <br />warehousing/storage facility by storing and distributing retail products to retail <br />establishments on the adjacent parcel. The applicant also received two (2) time <br />extensions from the Planning Department to allow for time to submit a Special Permit <br />application, including the latest one via letter dated May 16, 2022 requiring the applicant <br />to submit a Special Permit application no later than June 30, 2022. <br />12.
