Herbert’s three focus areas (personnel, VRL, and <br />volunteers) will be included as-is in the Other Concepts Section <br />Comm. Malakie will provide language addressing lack of “Long-term Planning <br />and Projections with Financial Ties across Departments. Comm. Obenski noted <br />that the County has a robust system of inventory. Hair Konowicz and Comm. <br />Kusch will collaborate on a broad statement addressing the issue of Contract and <br />database of Engineering Studies within DPW. <br /> <br />\[3:22 pm\] Comm.(s) discussed various ideas of how the Appendix would best serve the <br />Final Report and the in-depth efforts of the individual Commissions and the <br />various Permitted Interaction Groups.
