AGENDA ITEMS FOR NEXT MEETING <br /> At 10:38 a.m. Chair Lin asked introduced this item. Program Planning Manager, Maija Jackson <br /> stated there will be two items on next month's agenda and mentioned the December agenda has <br /> two items that may be controversial. She also stated a Joint meeting is being planned on Zoom <br /> for the Leeward and Windward Planning Commission to review changes to the Special <br /> Management Area(SMA) rule, Rule 9 for the Act 16 changes which were made by the <br /> legislature in 2019. It is anticipated to provide the rule changes to the Commission in early <br /> November ahead of the December Joint meeting. <br /> ANNOUNCEMENTS <br /> The Windward Planning Commission's next monthly meeting is scheduled for Thursday, <br /> November 3, 2022 at the County of Hawaii County Council Chambers and the public may <br /> provide verbal testimony by interactive video conference via Zoom or at the physical <br /> location. <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no further business, it was moved by Commissioner Aguinaldo and seconded by <br /> Commissioner Daniele that the meeting be adjourned. A voice vote was taken, and the motion <br /> carried by unanimous vote of those present.
