Amendment to Condition C (time to secure Final Subdivision Approval) of Change of Zone Ordinance No. 93-36, which rezoned 153.479 acres of land from Agricultural 20- acre (A-20a), Agricultural 10-acre (A-10a) and Agricultural 3-acre (A-3a) to Residential and Agricultural 1-acre (RA-1a) district.
