I think they actually had a negative, in the end a negative <br />recommendation. <br />HAYASHI:At the Planning Committee meeting they voted not to recommend <br />approval. However I just read in the paper that the Council meeting was on Wednesday and I <br />believe based on the-, I only read the paper and based on what I read it says that the County <br />Council had recommended or had voted on first reading for a favorable, I mean to approve it. <br />AndIthinkoneoftheconditionsthattheyamendedwasCondition-,dealingwiththe <br />intersection improvement. I don€t know exactly what the wording was on the proposed change <br />but I think they said something to the effect that the applicant cannot receive final subdivision <br />approval until-, for a period of 3 years or until the intersection has been improved.
