However I just read in the paper that the Council meeting was on Wednesday and I believe based on the-, I only read the paper and based on what I read it says that the County Council had recommended or had voted on first reading for a favorable, I mean to approve it. I dont know exactly what the wording was on the proposed change but I think they said something to the effect that the applicant cannot receive final subdivision approval until-, for a period of 3 years or until the intersection has been improved.
