It was moved by Commissioner Watanabe and seconded by Commissioner Domingo to send a favorable recommendation to the County Council with the following new Condition E, with the remaining conditions realphabetized accordingly: The property shall not be subdivided into more than two lots unless the Flood Insurance Rate Map is revised to provide an additional buildable area, and the first sentence in Condition D amended to read, There shall be no construction of single-family dwellings and related improvements or other substantial buildings or subdivision roads within areas designated AE or shaded Zone X by the Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM). Upon Commissioner Woodwards inquiry, staff stated the correct rezoning number is REZ 07-000058. A roll call vote was taken and motion carried with six ayes (Watanabe, Domingo, Rho, Siracusa, Woodward and Graham) and two absent and excused (Alameda and Iwashita). MIRANDA) Revocation of Special Permit No. 05-009 granted onAugust 18, 2005 which allowed the establishment of a contractors base yard on approximately one acre of land situated inthe State Land Use Agricultural District.
