The subject property is located at 15-1505 Paradise Drive, on the northeast <br /> corner of the 19t'Avenue-Paradise Drive intersection, Hawaiian Paradise Park <br /> Subdivision, Kea`au, Puna, Hawaii, TMK: (3) 1-5-041:190. <br /> The Commission took up this item at 9:11 a.m. with 2 members from the public in attendance. <br /> At 9:17 a.m. it was moved by Commissioner Galimba and seconded by Commissioner <br /> Aguinaldo that public testimony be closed for this agenda item. There being no discussion on <br /> the motion, a voice vote was taken, and the motion carried by unanimous vote of those present. <br /> It was moved by Commissioner Galimba and seconded by Commissioner Aguinaldo that the <br /> request to amend Special Permit No. 1139 be approved based on the Planning Director's <br /> recommendation.
