AGENDA ITEMS FOR NEXT MEETING <br /> At 9:27 a.m. Chair Lin introduced this item. Acting Program Planning Manager, Christian Kay <br /> stated the Robert Silber agenda item will be moved to next month's agenda and along with two <br /> agenda items. He also mentioned the election of officers for 2023 will take place. <br /> ANNOUNCEMENTS <br /> The Windward Planning Commission's next monthly meeting is scheduled for Thursday, <br /> December 1, 2022, at the County of Hawaii County Council Chambers and the public may <br /> provide verbal testimony by interactive video conference via Zoom or at the physical <br /> location. <br /> Chair Lin stated Vice Chair Michelle Galimba will be resigning from the Windward Planning <br /> Commission effective November 4, 2022. Director Kern on behalf of the Planning Department <br /> and the Mayor and the community expressed his appreciation and service. He presented a <br /> certificate of appreciation. Vice Chair Galimba thanked everyone for the opportunity. <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no further business, it was moved by Commissioner Aguinaldo and seconded by <br /> Commissioner Daniele that the meeting be adjourned. A voice vote was taken, and the motion <br /> carried by unanimous vote of those present.
