Surrounding Zoning/Land Uses: The adjacent property to the west is zoned Family <br /> Agricultural 2-acre (FA-2a) and contains a single-family dwelling. All other surrounding <br /> properties are zoned Agricultural 5-acre (A-5a) and consist primarily of undeveloped <br /> land and scattered dwellings. <br /> 16.
