MINUTES The Commission took up the following minutes at this time, <br /> 10:36 a.m., with one person from the public in attendance. <br />November 24, 2008 – The Commission deferred approval of the minutes to a subsequent <br />meeting. <br />ELECTION OF OFFICERS The Commission took this item up at 10:38 a.m. with one person <br /> from the public in attendance. <br />It was moved by Commissioner Woodward and seconded by Commissioner Domingo that the <br />current officers continue until two planning commissions are established, tentatively April 1, <br />2009. Motion was unanimously carried by a voice vote of all Commissioners in attendance. <br />ADMINISTRATIVE The Commission took up the following at this time, 10:42 a.m., <br />MATTERS with one person from the public in attendance. <br />Status of appeals filed on Board of Appeals decisions - Corporation Counsel – Mr. Torigoe had <br />nothing to report to the Commission. <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS The Commission took this item up at 10:42 a.m. with one person <br /> from the public in attendance. <br />Mr. Hayashi announced that the next Hilo and West Hawaii meetings are scheduled for <br />Thursday, January 15, 2009, in the Aupuni Conference Room and Thursday, January 22, 2009, at <br />the Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel, respectively.
