I that true of bringing bulldozers into a critical habitat <br />with the palila population that’s declining? <br /> <br />KS: Yeah, so we consulted with the US Fish and Wildlife Service for this project and they wrapped our <br />project into a programmatic EIS that they already have, ah, and, so, they basically did all of the <br />ground work for environmental compliance in that programmatic EIS and so we fall under it and so <br />we don’t have to do a new one – if that makes sense. <br /> <br />RD: Does GMAC have a copy of that programmatic EIS? <br /> <br />KS: Um, I don’t know. I can send you guys the draft.
