APPLICANT: HAWAII ISLAND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION <br />(SLU09-25/REZ 09-112) <br />a. State Land Use boundary amendment from the Agricultural to the U <br />12.737 acres. <br />b. Change of Zone from Agricultural 20-acre (A-20a) and Single-Fami <br />square feet (RS-7.5) to Open (O), Single-Family Residential 15,000 square feet (RS-15), <br />Single-Family Residential 10,000 square feet (RS-10) and RS-7.5 districts for 18.38 <br />acres. <br />The area involved is located north (makai) of Akoni Pule Highway (Highway 270) and adjacent <br />to the Kumakua Phase I Subdivision, Phoa, North Kohala, HawaiÒi, TMK: 5-5-19:25 and 27. <br />Ms. Cottle oriented the Commission and public of the subject and <br />location map and site plan, and summarized the request.
