MINUTESThe Commission took this item up at 4:30 p.m. with no one <br />from the public in attendance. <br />August 4, 2006 – It was moved by Commissioner Siracusa and seconded by <br />Commissioner Salavea that the minutes be approved as circulated. Motion was <br />unanimously carried by a voice vote of all Commissioners in attendance <br />ADMINISTRATIVEThe Commission took this matter up at 4:31 p.m. with <br />MATTERSno one from the public in attendance. <br />Status of appeals filed on Planning Commission decisions - Corporation Counsel - <br />Mr. Torigoe had nothing new to report. <br />Other Commission matters - Regarding the contested case hearing for the First Samoan <br />Congregational Church (SPP 06-000022), Mr. Hayashi noted the Church has withdrawn <br />their application. <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS Mr. Hayashi announced the next meeting is scheduled for <br />September 22, 2006 at the Hapuna Prince Hotel. <br />ADJOURNMENTThere being no further business, the Chair declared the <br />meeting adjourned at 4:33 p.m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Sharon M.
