Motion was unanimously carried by a voice <br />vote of all Commissioners in attendance. <br />ADMINISTRATIVE The following were discussed under administrative <br />MATTERSmatters: <br />Status of appeals filed on Planning Commission decisions - Corporation Counsel – Mr. Torigoe <br />reported that Circuit Court appeal of Daniel Ibbetson on Special Permit 05-015 was heard by <br />Judge Elizabeth Strance this past Monday who took everything under advisement. <br />ANNOUNCEMENTSThe following announcement was made at this time: <br />Next Meeting – Mr. Hayashi announced the next meeting is scheduled for August 4, 2006 in <br />Hilo. <br />HCPO Conference – Mr. Hayashi reported that the Conference is from October 3-5, 2006 on <br />Oahu and suggested the Commission make their hotel reservations as soon as possible at either <br />the Pagoda or Ala Moana. <br />ADJOURNMENT There being no further business, at 6:25 p.m., it was moved by <br />Iwashita and seconded by Salavea that the meeting be adjourned. <br />Motion was unanimously covered by a voice vote of all Commissioners in attendance. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Sharon M.
