Commissioner Toci seconded, with <br /> no discussion, and it carried unanimously. Executive session convened at 2:33 p.m. <br /> Motion to reconvene open session made by Commissioner Andrion, seconded by <br /> Commissioner Lassiter, with no discussion and it carried unanimously.
