It was moved by Commissioner Watanabe and seconded by Commissioner Alameda that the <br />request to amend Special Management Area Use Permit No. 201 be approved based on the <br />Planning Directors Recommendations and proposed conditions. <br />For the Commissions information, Mr. Darrow clarified that the change of zone ordinance <br />passed on August 8, 2001 listed 14 conditions and those conditions are incorporated in Condition <br />2 of the proposed amendment to SMA Use Permit No. 201 as it states, The applicant shall <br />comply with all applicable conditions of Change of Zone Ordinance No. 01-65. A roll call <br />vote was taken and motion carried with 5 ayes (Watanabe, Alameda, Graham, Salavea and <br />Springer) and 4 absent and excused (Galdones, McCall, Siracusa, and Iwashita). <br />RECESSED:The Chair called for a recess at 11:30 a.m. <br />RECONVENED:The meeting reconvened at 1:30 p.m. <br />(SPP 05-016)The Commission took this item up at 1:30 p.m.with <br />DARRELYN M.
