It was moved by Commissioner Watanabe and seconded by Commissioner Alameda that the request to amend Special Management Area Use Permit No. 201 be approved based on the Planning Directors Recommendations and proposed conditions. For the Commissions information, Mr. Darrow clarified that the change of zone ordinance passed on August 8, 2001 listed 14 conditions and those conditions are incorporated in Condition 2 of the proposed amendment to SMA Use Permit No. 201 as it states, The applicant shall comply with all applicable conditions of Change of Zone Ordinance No. 01-65. A roll call vote was taken and motion carried with 5 ayes (Watanabe, Alameda, Graham, Salavea and Springer) and 4 absent and excused (Galdones, McCall, Siracusa, and Iwashita).
