I€ll make a record of what Mr. Torigoe just stated <br />fromtheparties,thattheyagreetoproceedwithouttheCommissionactuallyvotingonamotion <br />to proceed in the informal matter, just make it clear that they understand that a motion is not <br />needed. <br />TORIGOE:Okay, that, you know, that doesn€t hurt. Mr. Iwashita just wants to place <br />on the record the parties are agreeing that we can go forward without a formal vote on this <br />procedure at this point. <br />SPRINGER:Thank you, Commissioner. They€ve agreed to the procedure. The question the Chair raised about the need <br />for a motion has not been addressed yet. <br />SPRINGER:To the parties, you€ve heard the concern of Commissioner Iwashita. <br />FUKE:Correct, yeah. Well, from the applicant€s perspective, I think the record is <br />clear that we all are in consensus and if the Commission doesn€t object, then, you know, we just <br />assume proceed. <br />SPRINGER:Thank you, Mr. Fuke.
