Motion was unanimously carried by <br />a voice vote of all Commissioners in attendance. <br />ADMINISTRATIVEThe Commission took this item up at 12:55 p.m. with <br />MATTERSno one from the public in attendance. <br />Mr. Torigoe reported that there is an oral argument set before Judge Hara on Friday, July 22, <br />2005 on the Ainaloa Development Company appeal. He stated that this is the appeal where <br />Ainaloa Development Company asked for relief from some of the exactions that were placed <br />upon their permit. The hearing is set for 10:00 a.m. <br />Mr. Graham stated that he attended the Parker School Contested Case Hearing in Waimea.
