6. This is one of the most beautiful regions on the Big Island and there are other areas <br /> lacking this extraordinary beauty. Have you considered non-residential regions? <br /> 7. Last year this project was proposed at a different site, about 2 miles from this one, and <br /> it was declined due to the general population, residents' protests and testimonies, as <br /> well as the native Hawaiians' sentiments that this area would be desecrated. <br /> 8. There was inadequate notice given to allow a timely response from those who oppose <br /> this project. Many of these people live on the mainland and have never been advised. <br /> I sincerely hope that you will take this protest and testimony very seriously. <br /> Noa Caiserman <br />
