Maybe, would you be the person that would address this issue <br />that seems to be pressing with regard to restricted left turn, or should we have the other <br />gentleman address that? <br /> <br />SUMMERS: I didnÓt hear the full question. I would be happy to address it in any way <br />that I can. I wanted to before we do that, however, I wanted to make a few comments because <br />the original hearing that was scheduled was in March and that didnÓt proceed because of an error <br />in the posting sign that we had, which was unfortunate but accidental. <br /> <br />But in response to the public concern that had been expressed prior to that meeting, we provided <br />some information to those individuals, which you would have received a copy of it as well.
