Through my real estate Clark Realty, we talked to various people on the Commission. <br />IWASHITA:Did you get a legal opinion from a land use lawyer? <br />HUGGETT:I got a letter here from the Planning Commission as well, it was dated <br />November 4. <br />MOOERS:It was the Planning Director. <br />HUGGETT:Oh, the Planning Director, Chris Yuen. <br />th <br />IWASHITA:November 4 of what year? <br />HUGGETT:2004. <br />IWASHITA:When did you acquire the property? <br />HUGGETT:We acquired the property in July of 2004. <br />IWASHITA:So you didn€t rely on that letter when you bought the property? <br />MOOERS:(inaudible). <br />IWASHITA:I€m asking him the question. <br />MOOERS:(inaudible). <br />IWASHITA:I€m asking him the question. <br />MOOERS:Okay, he cited me. <br />IWASHITA:I€m asking him the question.
