YUEN:You have a properly filed SMA Permit before you and the Planning Commission should continue to process and work towardadecision on that permit not put a hold on it based on some work that may be done on a driveway application or on a driveway decision. If and when the- if the County Council amends the driveway code, if and when the project is built and comes in for a permit for the driveway it will have to comply with that with any changes that are made to the code at that time.
