So, that's how it works with an open continuous <br />recruitment. <br />MR. LEOPOLDINO: Correct. <br />CHR. CABANAS: So, the staff has to really juggle <br />MR. LEOPOLDINO: Yes. <br />CHR. CABANAS: It's like they're in a big stove and they're going from one burner to the other <br />burner, each burner is reflecting a continuous recruitment that the staff member is assigned to. <br />Right? <br />MR. LEOPOLDINO: Mm-hmm, that's correct. <br />CHR. CABANAS: Yeah. <br />MR. LEOPOLDINO: And it's actually a treat if we can get three applicants for those 42 so <br />yeah.
