Merit Appeals Board <br />December 16, 2021 <br />Board of Ethics because the bottom line isI do not want, as the Chair, to have any dark cloud <br />over the Merit Appeals Board. <br />We are—we should be transparent in what we do and we want individuals coming before us, no <br />matter who they are, to have trust in the merit appeals board process. So that was the bottom <br />line. <br />So, at this point, I, again, thank you very much, everyone. It's been agonizing for me `cause I <br />felt I could really help you folks and help this process. So, I just want to thank everyone, again. <br />So, is it okay, now, fellow Board members, for me to now participate and join all of you in <br />moving this process forward? <br />MS.
