WATANABE:If there were any further modifications, Mr. Mooers, do you have any <br />recommendation as far as how that ground, you know, buildup can be limited, maybe not so <br />much for this developer but in the event that it were sold? <br />MOOERS:Yeah, I think Chapter 25 on the method of measuring and determining the <br />heights addresses that. The rules are pretty clear in there. I know that Mr. Yuen and I spent <br />some time trying to talk about how to address this viewplane issue. And I think this is the best <br />that we could come up with. And so I guess the answer is I don€t quite know other than the <br />existing rules, you know, in the Zoning Code which talks about how to compute building <br />heights, which I think addresses that. <br />WATANABE:And you have conceded that an additional 10 feet -? <br />MOOERS:That€s correct. <br />WATANABE:Yeah. <br />GRAHAM:Thank you. <br />ALAMEDA:Thank you, Mr. Mooers. But I wasn€t clear on what that <br />amendment actually was. <br />ALAMEDA:Director? <br />GRAHAM:Maybe the Planning Director can -. <br />WATANABE:Cause if you recall I did say I would have to defer it, and that€s why I also <br />asked Mr. Mooers about this.
