This is an individual who has asked for <br />standing based on their location on Alii Park Place, at a time when the connector road was <br />proposed along Alii Park Place, and the connector road is no longer along Alii Park Place. <br />ALAMEDA:So then they wouldn€t fulfill the criteria of -? <br />YUEN:It€s still up to the Commissioners. I just want to make it clear to the <br />Commission that ƒ . <br />WATANABE:Right. Is that correct? <br />ALAMEDA:Yes, they€re not here. <br />LIM:We would, on behalf of the Applicant, Sunstone, object to the standing <br />being granted to Malcolm and Virginia Scott in that we believe that the reason for their <br />intervention was the location of the roadway adjacent to their residence. It has now been moved <br />substantially south. <br />ALAMEDA:Very good. Thank you. Did you get a chance to talk to Malcolm and <br />Virginia Scott about that or -?
