CABANAS: No "New Business." <br />Director's Report (Item 8) <br />Quarterly Reports: January — March 2022; Deputy Director Introduction <br />June 17, 2022 <br />CHR. CABANAS: I understand that our Director of Human Resources has asked for his <br />"Director's Report" to be taken out of order this morning. And so, I'm asking our Board <br />members to—for their thoughts. Can we take it—are there any objections to taking the <br />"Director's Report" out of order? <br />MR. KUNZ: No. <br />CHR. CABANAS: Mr. Ventura—no. And, Ms. De Soto, no. Okay. So there are no objections. <br />So we will take your report, Waylen. But before we begin, I failed to mention that <br />Ms. Mathews, our other Board member, is absent today and she's excused. So, for the record, <br />we will reflect that. <br />Okay, good morning, Waylen.
