I just want a clarification, I€m sorry. Have you <br />actually walked this pathway? <br />MOORE:Yes. <br />IWASHITA:Okay. So my concern right now, given Mr. Tyler€s testimony, is that <br />there€s a conflict between what he testified to as to the existence of the walls and the Trail when <br />he walked it several years ago, relatively recently, and your testimony that the walls don€t exist <br />beyond what€s shown on the map. <br />MOORE:Right, at some point in time ƒ. <br />IWASHITA:Well, there€s a conflict in terms of what actually exists in my mind, okay? <br />And that€s why I really believe this should be put off, because that should be resolved by a <br />licensed surveyor, doing a survey and, you know, locating all the physical aspects of what can be <br />found.
