CABANAS: Following our agenda items, we have no "Communications." <br />New Business (Item 6) <br />CHR. CABANAS: No "New Business." <br />At this time, there has been a request from our Director of Human Resources to take out of order <br />his "Director's Report." Are there any objections from our Board members to do that? Okay, <br />Ms. Mathews is saying "no"—"no objection." Ms. De Soto—okay, she says "no"—and <br />Mr. Kunz? Okay. <br />So, do I need a motion for that—right, J? <br />MR. YOSHIMOTO: Technically, you do. Yes. <br />CHR. CABANAS: Okay. So, let's go with a motion.
