Roy Takemoto who has been involved in the development of the Kona Regional Circulation Plan <br />to discuss this matter and give an overview of the CountyÓs proposals perhaps at a September <br />Kona meeting. Commissioner Springer suggested the discussion also include matters of <br />enforcement as it appears the problem on some of the issues relate to enforcement, such as <br />people going 45 miles an hour in a 25-mile per hour zone. <br />Department of Public Works Î The Commission requested the presence of a representative from <br />the Department of Public Works at all of its meetings as that representative could shed some <br />light on various matters that come before the Commission. <br />ADJOURNMENTThere being no further business, the Chair declared the meeting <br />adjourned at 11:49 a.m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Sharon M.
