The <br />property is located approximately 67 feet east (mauka) side of Alii Drive, at its closest point, and <br />stnd <br />approximately 1,650 feet north of Holualoa Bay, Holualoa 1 and 2 Partition, North Kona, <br />Hawaii, TMK: 7-6-14:26. <br />(SEE EXHIBIT B) <br />ADMINISTRATIVEThe Commission took up the following under administrative <br />MATTERSmatters at this time, 11:43 a.m. <br />Status of appeals filed on Planning Commission decisions Î Corporation Counsel Î Mr. Torigoe <br />stated he had nothing to report today on any apepals. <br />Traffic Workshop Î The Chair pointed out the dilemma of the Commission wanting to see <br />improvements in an area, especially in West Hawaii, but then traffic is a problem and the <br />Commission does not wanting to add to it; and he then asked the staff for their assistance in <br />creating a win-win situation. Mr. Hayashi suggested a workshop with Deputy Planning Director <br />3 <br /> <br />
