Merit Appeals Board <br />October 27, 2022 <br />went to Costco a couple weeks ago. I was surprised at the increase in prices at Costco—it's just <br />crazy. <br />So, I understand. I get it. But that's the million -dollar questionis, like, where did everybody <br />go? I'm thinking after the holiday season, everybody's going to realize they have to pay bills, <br />right, so we're hoping for a slew of qualified applicants. <br />CHR. CABANAS: Waylen, we can only hope. <br />MR. LEOPOLDINO: Right. <br />MR. KUNZ: Interestingly, though, there have been there's been an increase, I think, <br />statewide—or is it nationwideI think statewide on people opening up bank accounts. Well, <br />part of it was because, I think, they were receiving all of this kickbacks from the federal <br />government, right. All the those kinds of checks and stuff but—yeah, there's been an increase. <br />And on a side note, my orthopedic surgeon—one of them on Oahu, sent us a notice that he's <br />moving to Arizona. And I know he has college kids that may or may not be going to Arizona <br />but, just he and his wife up and leaving and he's going to open up a practice there. <br />MR. LEOPOLDINO: Yeah. <br />MR. KUNZ: `Cause it's probably so darn expensive here— <br />MR. LEOPOLDINO: Yes. <br />MR. KUNZ: in Honolulu. <br />MR. LEOPOLDINO: Yeah, it'sI almost daily, I hear stories like that. So, it's very <br />challenging. <br />CHR. CABANAS: Well, keep up what you're doing. Keep up the momentum and we really <br />appreciate <br />MR. LEOPOLDINO: Thank you. <br />CHR.
