So, you€re not going to, we€re not going <br />to have any sort of cabaret or something in here or a bar of any kind. We have the same; we <br />would have the same concerns and interest as other residences up the street, the same kind of <br />issues. We wouldn€t want our owners having that same kind of thing. But as far as mitigating it <br />our building is U-shaped and the noise is coming down from here. And the people that were <br />worried about it most are going to be actually the noise area will be blocked from our new <br />construction so it will actually help isolate them more than they are right now. <br />GALDONES:Commissionersanyquestions?CommissionerSalavea? <br />SALAVEA:Canyoutalkabouttheviewplane,theimpactoftheviewplaneofthe <br />Billfish residence? <br />GETMAN:Well, they€re 140 feet up this way is the start of their project. This is our <br />site and then they, the hotels the existing large hotels are in here. So, whatever views they have <br />right now we€re back away from them at least 140 feet so. But frankly in the future we don€t <br />know what this, cause you got a 140-foot lot here under separate ownership. We don€t have any <br />control of what can be built there either so it€s the best we can do. <br />NEE:In addition you know the previously proposed building has the same mass <br />as what we€re proposing so it won€t make any difference as far as you know what we proposed. <br />GALDONES:Thank you Mr. Getman.
