Outreach Sub -Committee reports <br />a. 2022 Year of the Mother <br />i. Status of the Mother Report <br />The Permitted Invesitgative Group completed — Status of the <br />Mother Report will be approximately 30 pages, report is being <br />revised to lessen graphics and make user friendly; preliminary <br />draft will be sent to all members for review at next meeting in April. <br />This report can be used to take to events. Data from the survey <br />will also be reviewed. <br />b. Teen Dating Violence <br />i. Distribution log <br />Need to order more, will need to discuss at next meeting <br />ACTION ITEM: Place on next meeting agenda. <br />c. Real Women Essay <br />i. Per Allen, gift cards approved and processed. <br />d. Community Surverys <br />i. Approval of project rationale — Community Survey and Outreach <br />Campaign, committee reviewed project rationale and had <br />discussion about components of project rationale and concluded <br />to amend the budget and carry over remaining $100 from Malama <br />Makuahine to general budget and approve $4250 to fund this <br />project rationale. <br />Rachelle motioned, Andrew seconded. All approved, motion <br />passed. <br />DISCUSSION: Is there a printing budget? More clarification is <br />needed to get surveys printed. <br />E. Research Sub -Committee reports <br />a. Child Welfare Human Services will include space for the disabled, <br />who are overlooked and underserved, into the Working Group. <br />Shana will continue to advocate. <br />
