By conducting a thorough analysis of the program architecture, staffing levels, and <br />resource allocation, DIT will be better able to identify areas to improve and increase <br />its capacity to support technology services and improve the quality of service to end- <br />users. DIT can expect reduced lapses times and increase effectiveness.
