Chapter 1 <br /> <br />Introduction <br /> <br />What is the primary function of the Department of Information Technology? <br /> <br />The Department of Information Technology (DIT) supports the County in the creation and <br />implementation of technology solutions to improve government services and modernize the <br />County of Hawaii.
