AUXILIARY SERVICES REPORT <br />All FCCC staff were able to get over the shoulder training in the Spillman CAD system <br />via Doug Ashmore of Motorola Solutions. <br /> Chief Hara and Captain Domingo were able to get an in-service training on the CAM <br />server which will allow them to update radio aliases as apparatus are added to the <br />system or change locations. <br /> The third interview for the Clerk III position in Auxiliary Services was held and, <br />unfortunately, none of the applicants showed up. An 89-day temporary hire was <br />offered and accepted by Lene Labrador. <br /> The ecommerce site is continuously being updated by storekeeper Lauren Sarme and <br />more of our inventory has been inputted into the system. <br /> Chief Hara and Captain Domingo traveled to Honolulu to meet with their peers and <br />gain insight into how other agencies are recruiting and retaining dispatchers as well as <br />the implementation of innovative technology. <br /> Information Systems Analyst IV Chris Cerrone accomplishments: <br />o <br />from Cradlepoint and shark fin antennas. <br />o lman host file and certificate updates to <br />enable a newer mapping feature. <br />o Meeting with Panasonic team to install required software on new state provided <br /> <br />o <br />o Testing for Spillman offline map. <br />o Emergency switch replacements for Keaau and Waimea Fire Stations. <br />o Website updates for fire record request to be in compliance with Chapter 92F, HRS. <br />o ESO update on domain computers. <br />o <br /> Apparatus and equipment repair: <br />o 78 total repairs/service. <br />o 34 service calls or trouble calls. <br />o 18 contracted out and tows. <br /> <br /> <br />Section Report by: BC Hara <br /> <br />End of Report <br /> <br />11 | Page <br /> <br />
