SPRINGER:Mr. Chair, with regard to Westpro Development, Inc.s State Land <br />Use Boundary Amendment application, SLU 04-001, I move for its approval, taking into <br />consideration the Background Report, and the Findings and Recommendations of the <br />Planning Department. <br />MCCALL:Second. <br />FUJIKAWA:There was a motion made by Springer, Commissioner Springer, <br />and seconded by McCall, that the application for SLU 04-001 be accepted. Any <br />discussion? Graham? <br />GRAHAM:Im in a bad situation personally but its not, probably were just <br />doing recommendations here but that -. You know, Im not totally comfortable with it <br />but a lot of thats due to my own lack of knowledge of whats here. But Im concerned a <br />lotabouttheLandUseCommissionssegmentationissuewhichwevehadforseveral <br />years, segmentation being whether the, a larger area being dealt with but its pulled into <br />parcels smaller than 15 acres so that they can be handled on the County level. I dont <br />know. I just wanted to let that be known that Im still concerned, but I accept that a lot of <br />my concern may be due to my own ignorance.
