BOWMAN: Question. Your affordable housing on the mauka parcel, which <br />is -. Could you, or maybe Jeff, show what parcel? I think we talked about it before, but I <br />just want to be clear. <br />DARROW: I believe it is this parcel. Is that correct? <br />ATTA: Yes. <br />BOWMAN: And access? <br />ATTA: It will be Kapukapu Street in the Alii Heights Subdivision. <br />BOWMAN: That’s -? <br />ATTA: Yeah, those two roads that are coming from Alii Heights; they <br />would both be connected into our project on the mauka side. <br />BOWMAN: And the size of the parcel? <br />ATTA: Two together is a little over 26 acres. <br />BOWMAN: Two together, where -? <br />ATTA: There are two parcels that are part of our mauka project. <br />BOWMAN: Which – I’m sorry – which two? <br />ATTA: You actually, I think, see four parcels there; the two middle <br />parcels -, there is a small rectangular one on the mauka side that is not part of our parcel. <br />BOWMAN: Okay, so it will be the two on the -, one, two -. <br />ATTA: Right, those two, yeah, those two, that’s right. <br />BOWMAN: And the total acreage is 26? <br />ATTA: Twenty-six acres on the -. <br />BOWMAN: So would the affordable housing and the park be -, once you <br />get the State Land Use, are those your only two plans for that area? <br />ATTA: Well, we have, of that mauka two-lot combination, we have <br />our multi-family there.
