The motion was modified to include the other discussions items not included <br />  <br />in the original motion. That all departments can utilize, rather than having each department try to write the <br /> <br />applications on their own. <br /> <br /> <br />Increase permit fees for services and applications. Even having some cost for bus services. <br /> <br />Restart the arborist commission and hire an arborist to oversee the maintenance of landscaping <br /> <br /> <br />around the island. There seems to be overlapping of services, administration that appears to <br /> <br />cause more harm and cost. <br /> <br />GIS upgrades, especially upgrading the band-width <br /> <br />ITS (intelligent transportation systems) utilization. <br /> <br />Utilization of peer loans for the sharing of programs and services that the county is starting to <br /> <br />initiate. <br /> <br />Increase efforts to recoup monies resulting from fines (such as violations) <br />tm; šE <br /> <br />
