Request to Extend the Time Issuance Submitted for Approval (10:29 AM) <br />a. Paradise Express LLC, dba Paradise Express, approval of request to <br />extend the time issuance of the liquor license for good cause shown for <br />(10:29 AM) an additional 12 months, from May 7, 2023, to and including May 7, 2024, <br />by letter received April 10, 2023, of its Retail General liquor license, <br />located at 84-4811 Hawaii Belt Road, Captain Cook, Hawaii. <br />Passage requires finding of good cause pursuant to Rule 4-2(M) of <br />the Rules and Regulations of the Liquor Commission of the County <br />of Hawaii.
