Commissioner Nishimoto moved to approve the request to <br />extend the time issuance of the liquor license for good cause <br />shown for an additional 12 months, from May 7, 2023, to and <br />including May 7, 2024, by letter received April 10, 2023, of its <br />Retail General liquor license, located at 84-4811 Hawaii Belt Road, <br />Captain Cook, Hawaii; Seconded by Commissioner Wilkinson. <br />Ibarra: It's been moved and seconded that the request to extend the time issuance of <br />the liquor license for good cause shown as stated in the agenda be approved. Any <br />discussion of the motion? <br />There was no discussion from Commissioners. <br />Ibarra: There's no discussion. All those in favor of the motion to approve the request <br />with good cause as stated, please say "Aye." <br />The Commissioners voted "Aye." <br />Ibarra: Any opposition, please say "Nay." <br />There was no opposition by Commissioners. <br />Ibarra: There's no opposition, motion is passed. <br />The motion was carried unanimously. <br />b.
